Well… let’s see. I
normally have some fast pace ditty to share with the blogosphere on Mondays. However, today I am going to enlighten you
with one of my favorite cool down worship songs. Cool downs are very important and should not be
over looked in your fitness journey.
Today’s song is MY REDEEMER LIVES. I have to admit this is one of my favorite
songs ever!! It resonates with me so
much. I remember seeing the clip below
and wanted to share it as well. I can’t
say I would ever do an Ironman race, but man this is a great story. A father’s love knows no bounds.
