Hi there world. This is my first step into the blogosphere. So far so good. I actually got this page up and running didn’t
I. Well… enough about that. Let’s talk about me and my fitness journey. I am such a LEO… LOL! Where do I start. I guess I’ll tell you why I am a running maniac
these days. It’s pretty simple… let’s
just say my metabolism went MIA on me when I turned thirty-blah blah and I had
to do something about it. You know what
is a bad combination? Being vertically challenged
and loving food waaaaay too much!
Just over a year ago a fitness genius
told me I need to do something I enjoy doing.
Then I would stick with it. WOW…
some things can be so simple (utilizing the "K.I.S.S It" principle). Well… I have
always enjoyed running. I figured what
the heck AND it would be free. I said a
prayer, opened the front door and just put one foot in front of the other. The next thing I know… I am running 5Ks, obstacle
races, 15Ks and (wait for it) half marathons.

I hope to take my fitness to the
next level over the course of the next year.
This should be a very interesting and hilarious journey. Interesting because you never know what God
has in store for you and hilarious because silly things just happen to me… and
I don’t mind sharing them. Stay tuned…
